What You'll Do:

  • Proactively engage new and existing customers through outbound calls, in-person appointments, and community outreach

  • Sell State Farm insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, and more

  • Build strong relationships to understand client needs and offer personalized insurance solutions

  • Hit (and exceed) monthly sales goals β€” with uncapped earning potential πŸ’°

What We’re Looking For:

  • Competitive mindset – you love a challenge and aren't afraid to chase your goals

  • Sales experience is a huge plus (retail, real estate, phone sales, or similar)

  • Property & Casualty license preferred – but we’ll help the right candidate get licensed!
